Il programma continuava a cambiare secondo le esigenze della guida e capitano -non necessariamente secondo quanto descritto nella descritzione dell'attività stessa- senza spiegare un granchè a noi utenti (Per esempio la crociera doveva arrivare a toccare dei luoghi che invece non ha fatto. Il trekking nella Giungla da 3h è stato ridotto a 40 min etc). L'Amazzonia è affascinante, ma abbiamo perso molto poichè le guide - forse abituate a fare questo lavoro e forse annoiate- non avevano alcuna cura di…”

“This was a great tour and Loester was an excellent guide, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were told by our first guide after pick up that we were extremely unlikely to see jaguars on this tour, and unfortunately he was right. He said other tours at Porto Jofre were almost guaranteed to see jaguars but they were not suitable for my parents. The tour started very stressfully after an admin error by their office but it was sorted within a few hours thankfully.”

“The trip over all was great and deserves 5 stars . The tour guide Aldinei has done a great job , very knowledgeable about the area and very adventurous as well , he made us enjoy very much all the tour activities .. the boat is small with 4 cabins for the guests so it feels very much private .. the cook Nicie has made great dishes for us, the caption made everything smooth during the boat ride all through the trip . The views from the boat were fantastic and the wild life viewing trips were amazing ,. the only comment I would add that may make things better…”

“The tour guide was excellent and every tour activity was fantastic. However, the company is not responsive or available 24/7 as advertised. The number to call was not a working number. There were several things that should have been clearer to guests, like shorts, t-shirts and tank tops, even flip flops and bathing suits are suitable attire most of the time. For English there should be some one who speaks English from the beginning to the end. On the return trip no one directed us which boat to get on and it felt very awkward. The staff there spoke no English all the way back to the tour operation building.…”
