“There was confusion on the day of our tour so we showed up and no one was waiting for us. They messaged us and apologized for getting the day wrong. The tour guide showed up about 45-60 minutes late. Once she showed up the tour went smoothly. She spoke English well and gave us a lot of good information about the city, parks and plants. So I would recommend if you book this tour to confirm a couple times the day and time to ensure they show up on time.”

“The tour start at 7pm and they says they will pass from us at 5:55pm the same day of the tour but we were not at the hotel at that hour and they mention that they can't do anything for us. They didn't answer the phone, the viator messages and didn't gave us a meeting point. Viator and this company didn't return the money. They stop reply our message and that was all. At least I expected the tour to be rescheduled, return the money or gave us a meeting point so we can join them later but nothing happened. I'm very disappointed. I'm really hope this tour can be…”

“Extremely expensive!! Italian dinner was good but if you were to pay on your own only worth $15.00. Doesn't include drinks or water. Can't see much at night anyway. I rather recommend take City Tour Bus for $10 USD. It's the Hop on Hop off bus. They cover a lot of the city sights. Also recommend local buses very inexpensive.”

“In a very short time, this tour will give you a great overview of the city,-- both physically and culturally. While there isn't a lot of time to dawdle at the museum or the botanical garden, the tour is a great orientation, and will help you choose how to spend any additional time in the city. I will note that when we booked through Viator, we requested a English-speaking guide, but apparently that message was not delivered to the operator. When the Portuguese-only guide arrived at our hotel, she quickly contacted the operating company, and a replacement guide was dispatched in less than 20 minutes. The glitch was handled quickly…”
