However, one area that could use improvement is the delivery of underwater photos. They offer this service for an additional charge, but the turnaround time was much longer than expected. I had to follow up several times before receiving my photos. Overall, it’s a solid experience for beginners, but they should definitely work on improving the timeliness of their photo delivery.”

Presi in hotel alle 8.20 a Buzios con una macchina ci hanno ad portato ad Arrial do Cabo. Arrivati lì ore 9.20 abbiamo aspettato quasi 2 ore prima che la nostra barca lasciasse il porto. Lasciato la banchina ore 11.15. Visto 4 spiagge di cui solo 2 visitabili solo via gommone. Alle 15.15 rientro in porto. Fermati a mangiare e ritorno a Buzios. La sosta di Cabo Frio inserita nel programma e non fatta? Sicuramente esperienza da non ripetere. Peccato”

“Terrible experience, much below typical Viator tours. Although being a Brazilian who loves our beaches, this tour cannot be recommended to anyone. Except for the tour guide who made an honest effort to deal with the problems, everything was bad or even worse. I will highlight only the three major issues: - The boat boarding was late by more than an hour and you have to wait in a crowded area with no seats - The boat is very old and uncomfortable - The lunch buffett offered is one of rhe worst meals I ever had. “This was a great guided tour. Our guide Nay was very patient with us as this was a little more strenuous than we anticipated. Nay was a wonderful guide and even gave us an option to continue back to our starting point or hike to a nearby beach where we could have lunch and drinks. We were able to call an Uber from the beach to go back to town. The views were amazing. I would recommend wearing tennis or hiking shoes as we were climbing up and down rocks, and bring water to drink. Nay had some water with her so she could refill our bottles when ours were…”
