Our crew of 3 included the captain, Apollo, and his helpers, Adriana and Lutetia! We sailed around the bay including getting close to the water’s edge of Sugarloaf Mountain which we had been on the top of only 2 days prior. Of course, we were constantly in view of Christ the Redeemer Statue on top of Corcovado Mountain! Adriana and Lutetia served us drinks and snacks whilst we cruised for 3 hours. We enjoyed chatting to them throughout the cruise learning about life in Rio!…”

“We received confirmation re the tour the day before. In the morning no one came to pick us up. We called multiple times and only on the third call were we told that the tour was cancelled because of traffic during this time of year. Seems like that is something that should have been known ahead of time since the time of year was not variable. We had our trip planned around this tour and this was a big disappointment and inconvenience. We still have not received our refund.”

Firstly, it would be beneficial if the guides could communicate in English or Spanish, in addition to Portuguese. Language barriers occasionally arose, making it difficult to fully grasp the historical and cultural significance of the places we visited.
