Clearly, she kept talking with the native, local people and didn’t seem to engage a lot with the English speakers. By the time we reached Christ Redeemer at 14:00, the statue was completely covered by fog. So the experience was not worth the money paid. The tour started at 10:00 instead of 9:00, due to unforeseen circumstances. This can happen. But waiting in line to get to both attractions makes the tour not worth the money.”

Our tour guide Leandro was exceptional, allowing sufficient time to explore each venue, being very informative without the constant stream of trivia some guides feel necessary. “Our guide, Luis was a very nice person, spoke English very well. The pick-up was right on time. The lunch was an amazing one but for some reason, no drinks are included, not even water. The only downside was that the trip says its a train ride to the Christ The Redeemer but we were taken by an elevator probably because the queue for the train was a long one. But, I believe the Tour Organizers should anticipate this and promise only what they can deliver. Apart from this bummer, the tour went very well. They give you enough time to click pictures. :)”

“Skip the line is 100% worth it. We went early about 7:30 am and there was already a line. Not a huge one but still a line. We were able to skip and head right to the front to board the train. Everyone was very nice. The views from Christ the Redeemer are spectacular! Because we went early we got a lot of nice shots without tons of people in the photos. But even with tons of people around it was just nice to be there and have this experience. I walked around the statute and prayed and took great pics of the views. Certainly get there early. But if…”
