“I sent the following message to the service provider via the Viator "message provider" link the afternoon before our scheduled airport transfer on Jan. 6: Our flight into Rio has been delayed for some of our group and won't land until 10AM January 6. We need to reschedule our transfer. Please let me know if this is possible. Our flight was originally scheduled to arrive in Rio at 8:20. They likely used WhatsApp to correspond with their clients which I do not use. We were NOT provided with enough details about pickup time and location. We eventually hired a taxi to take us to our hotel.”
